Q 01: Where do you live?
A: I live in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada
Q 02: How do I book a photo session with you?
A: To book a photo shoot visit this page to view the dates available and fill out the "Book a Shoot" form. If you are under the age of 18 please have your parent or gaurdian fill in the form or Contact me to confirm a photo shoot. Please review the cancelation policy also on the "Book a Shoot" form.
Q 03: What do you do with the model photos you take?
A: The photos I take are for my print and web and print portfolio. I also have an account at "Model Mayhem", where I post photos.
Q 04: What do I have to bring to the photo shoot?
A: For some ideas on what to bring see my "Items to bring" which outlines some items, note that you do not have to bring all the items this is just to give you some ideas. Try to have your wardrobe on hangers to prevent wrinkling, I also have a steamer if you would like to remove any wrinkles in your wardrobe.
Q 05: Do I have to sign anything?
A: Yes, you have to sign a model release form prior to the shoot. It is standard procedure which enables me to use the photos for my portfolio. If you are under the age of 18 a parent or gaurdian must sign the model release form prior to the shoot. My model realease form may be viewed in in my Model Resource section.
Q 06: May I get references from your models?
A: I used to send out refrence but I now have a Testimonials page where you can read what other models have said about my work.
Q 07: Do you have any age restrictions?
A: No, although if you are under 18 years of age a parent or guardian MUST be present for all photo shoots and signs the Model Release Form.

If you are under the age of 18 please have your parent or gaurdian fill in the "Book a Photo Shoot form" form or Contact me to confirm a photo shoot.
Q 08: I am over 18 and can I bring my friend to the shoot?
A: Yes, I suggest to all models that they bring someone to the photo sessions. I ask that the person not disrupt the shoot or distract the model and that cell phones be turned off during the photo session.
Q 09: Do you do make-up and hair styling?
A: No, I do not do make-up, but you may contact SpaWorld in the Station Mall (949-1900), you will have to contact her to set up an appointment and you will have to cover the cost for the make-up services. She charges $35.00 per person for make-up, I am not sure about hair you would have to contact her.
Q 10: Is their a cancellation fee if I need to cancel my photo shoot?
A: Yes, if you cancel your photo shoot within 24 hours of the appointed time their is a $30.00 cancellation fee.

*NOTE: THIS ALSO APPLIES TO TFDP (Time For Digital Photos) PHOTO SESSIONS AND PAID PHOTO SESSIONS.

Preparation for the shoot takes time and leaves a open photo session that I could have booked to a waiting client. For information on how to contact me see the next question.
Q 11: Something came can we reschedule my photo shoot, how can I contact you?
A: You may contact me Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm at 541-5669 or evenings weekends at 255-1152, or you may use my on line contact form.
Q 12: Do you do outdoor photo shoots?
A: Yes, indeed! Depending on the time of year, I have many outdoor locations that I shoot.
Q 13: What type of photos are you looking at doing?
A: This will depend on the model. I work with the model and her "comfortability factor", some people do not have any issues with wearing small outfits others do not. Basically i do not ask the model to do anything that he or she is not comfortable doing.
Q 14: Can I send you a photo of what style I am looking for?
A: Yes.
Q 15: Do you shoot in digital format or film?
A: I shoot all digital, including infrared.
Q 16: Can I trade you modeling services for prints?
A: No, I only do TFCD (Time For Digital Photos) photo sessions. You are not limited to the number of wardrobe changes, of course this will depend on the amount time we have for the shoot. You will receive all the images from the photo shoot, the images will have my signature on them, if you look in my galleries you will see a small "Primavera Photography" graphic in the bottom corner.
Q 17: How can I view the images from the photo shoot?
A: You may view your images through my client preview gallery page, this is a password protect area. I will provide you with your password, and only you may view the images. If you wish to share the password you may.
Q 18: Can I use the digital images on other sites?
A: Yes you may, but you must submit the web site to me for approval by contacting me by using this form. If you do use them on other sites I ask that you give me credit by using the text "Photo by Mark Primavera, www.primaveraphoto.com"

Images send to you may not be altered in any way.

Q 19: Can I save the images from the Client Preview Gallery?
A: No, these are just meant to be previews please contact me by using this form.
The preview gallery is only meant to give you a quick preview of the photos taken during our photo session and are not corrected to my high standards of quality.
Q 20: Are you associated with any modeling agencies?
A: No, I have no association with model agencies.
Q 21: Can you design me a web site?
A: Yes, if you would like a web site and have your photos on line I can provide you with a domain name, hosting and customized galleries.

Q 22: How much do you charge for a portfolio
A: It all depends on the number of prints you would like in your portfolio and if you want just digital files for an online portfolio such as Model Mayhem or One Model Place. Generally a print portfolio contains seven to ten photos. On line model portfolios generally limit you to ten to twenty photos with a free membership.

A: Many people ask about this and the most thorough explanation is on the Wikipedia page..
